Introduction

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you no longer wish to use CareerNotes, you can permanently delete your account at any time.

🗑 Option 1: Delete Your Account Yourself

1. Log in to your CareerNotes account at https://careernotes.net.
2. Go to Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account.
3. Confirm your choice and your account will be permanently deleted.
4. Once deleted, your profile, chats, posts, and personal data will be removed from our system (except where retention is required by law, e.g. financial or security records).

📩 Option 2: Request Account & Data Deletion

If you would prefer us to handle the deletion for you, please submit a request through our support team:

👉 Submit a Data Deletion Request, send the request to miklahlife@gmail.com

Include in your email:

• Your full name
• The email address linked to your CareerNotes account
• A confirmation that you would like your account and data permanently deleted

We will process your request within 30 days and notify you once deletion is complete.

⚠ Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
• If you have active subscriptions, please cancel them before requesting deletion to avoid future charges.
