Personal and Community Health for Health Professionals
About Course

This course introduces the core principles and practices of personal and community health, preparing health professionals to promote wellness and prevent disease at both individual and population levels.
Learners will explore fundamental concepts and determinants of health, the multiple dimensions of well-being—physical, mental, social, and environmental—and the key links between personal habits and community health outcomes.
